Product Liability
The stability and nature of our products may be altered depending on storage conditions. This is beyond our control and Essence of Fiji cannot accept any liability regard. In the event of such occurrences Essence of Fiji will provide advice on storage requirements. The shelf life of products is stated in accordance to the nature of the raw ingredients at equilibrium / standard conditions.
Returns and Replacements
Any product complaints should be forwarded to EOV within 3 working days of receiving your order. EOV will gladly replace any defects or issue a credit, whichever is preferred. Please contact EOV office for authorization, before returning any wrong ordered or supplied items
Shipping and Delivery
Products are shipped via Fiji Post. Please allow up to 10 days for processing and shipping of your order.
